I'm Hesti Steyn and my passion for neurology started prior to my studies. I visited Western Cape Rehabilitation Centre in my Matric year and fell in-love with the field of rehabilitation. I love helping patients regain their independence and improving function.

I completed my Basic Bobath (A Neurological Rehabilitation approach) in 2017 and did my Advanced Bobath (Postural Control) in 2019 as well as Advanced Bobath (Upper Limb) in 2020. The Bobath concept is Internationally recognised.

I have also been trained in Advanced NeuroMusculoSkeletal, Pilates and Concussion Rehabilitation.
